Free Sleep Music
|
This music is written for the place between wakefulness and dreams. Because of this, it is not meant to be listened to in the usual way that people listen to regular music. Sleep music is designed to play quietly in the room, like a low murmur filling out the background noise with soft hypnotic tones. Lie down, follow the movement of the sounds with your thoughts, feel the atmospheres that surround you and drift slowly, lazily, down.
My intention with the music of sleep is to create sounds and tones that have a powerful effect on the listener, to create music that can bring calm and serenity to people in today's busy and often overstimulating world. As is shown from modern scientific research into how the body heals it self, deep relaxation and positive feelings are an essential ingredient in fully engaging the regenerative functions of the body. My intention is to create music that can bring this state in an effortless and enjoyable way to people. Indeed with all the recordings of sleep music I am in that very state and have even fallen asleep whilst recording some of the tracks!
The main purpose of creating the sleep radio is to allow as many people as possible to increase the quality of their lives by having easy and free access to my music. It is my hope that these sounds can help the improve your life, the lives of people you know and in so doing help and improve the condition of our world.
